From the description of boards, the history, how to paddle, how to fall (yes... you'll be getting wet), we will show you the basics and most of all... HAVE FUN!!! Come join me for a SUP lesson on the water in Toronto or other GTA locations. You'll be provided with: - board - leash - paddle - dry bag - personal flotation device/PFD - tonne of fun
